Do I need a visa to enter Singapore?

I'm putting my visa application together and it asks for a V39A form, can you help?

Can I get my visa letter before I register for the conference?

No, the visa letter has to confirm that you are fully registered to attend the conference, therefore we cannot issue your letter until we have received your payment.

What happens if my Visa is rejected?

In the event a visa application is declined, we will refund the booking fees paid, less an administration fee of $250 (or currency equivalent) if we receive a copy of the embassy refusal no later than 7 days prior to the Event. We are unable to issue a refund within 7 days of the Event, but the Attendee will still have access to the Delegate Networking Platform and will be sent access to the Event presentations post Event.
