Group Discounts

The following group discounts are available for attendee bookings from the same company at the same time.

• 5% discount for 3-4 attendees
• 10% discount for 5 or more attendees

Conference attendees - What does my fee include?

• Full admission to the 18th ICIS Asian Base Oils and Lubricants Conference (25 - 26 June 2026) including:
  • Access to all content sessions
  • Access to all onsite networking activities
  • Refreshments, lunches and any official drinks receptions or dinners
• Full access to the online Event Networking Platform* containing the details of all delegates
  • Available from 2 weeks before the event and one-month post-event
  • Connect with fellow attendees to arrange 1-2-1 meetings onsite or virtually through the platform
  • Connect with event partners to set up meetings and collect their company information

Payment Methods and Terms

We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer, all invoices must be paid before the event

*Access to the Event Networking is only available to attendees whose payment has been received in full.
