I have already bought my pass, can I still upgrade?+

Yes, you are welcome to upgrade to the Premium Pass at any time. You can do this by contacting our customer service team on Events.Registration@icis.com. There will be an additional cost of £600 on top of your standard conference pass regardless of Early Bird discount rates and any discounts you received when booking.

I got a free pass because I am a Speaker/Sponsor, can I upgrade to the Premium Pass?+

Yes, attendees with free passes can upgrade their standard conference pass to a Premium Pass. You can do this by contacting our customer service team on Events.Registration@icis.com. There will be a cost of £600 to upgrade your Pass.

What do I get access to if I don't have a Premium Pass?+

A standard conference pass will still give you access to all 3 event stages, all drinks receptions and networking events and the event app!

Does the evening reception plus one have to be an event attendee?+

No, your plus one to the Evening Reception can be anyone, but you and your guest must RSVP before to ensure your tickets are provided.
