Conference attendees - What does my fee include?
 

Full admission to the 20th ICIS Pan American Base Oils and Lubricants Conference (3-4 December 2026) including:

• Access to all content sessions
• Access to all onsite networking activities
• Refreshments, lunches, and dinners

Full access to the networking and social activities available, including:

• Networking Reception

Full access to the online Digital Event Management Platform* containing the details of all delegates

• Available from 2 weeks before the event and one month post-event
• Connect with fellow attendees to arrange 1-2-1 meetings onsite or virtually through the platform
• Connect with event partners to set up meetings and collect their company information

Group Discounts*

The following group discounts are available for attendee bookings from the same company at the same time. 
 

• 5% discount for 3-4 attendees
• 10% discount for 5 or more attendees

*The networking activities are on a first-come, first-served basis as there is limited capacity available.

*Access to the Event Networking is only available to attendees whose payment has been received in full.
