The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have confirmed that event attendees from eligible countries can use an e-visa to enter the country. Additionally, foreign nationals who live in a Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC) and hold an eligible passport can also use an eVisa. Getting the eVisa is quick and easy – you apply through an online portal; it is usually issued within an hour and costs 535SAR (US$142).

Azerbaijan, Brunei, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Türkiye, Uzbekistan
Europe:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Visa invitation letters will take a minimum of 2 weeks to process once registration and payment have been received. As a result, we cannot take any requests after Monday 16 September 2024. Please email your requests to events.registration@icis.com. We encourage any delegates from countries not listed above to book their place well in advance to allow time for visa processing.
