Visa Information

 The government of the United States have confirmed that visitors from certain countries can use a visa to enter the country. You can check to see whether you need a visa to travel to the US here. The processing time for a standard visitor can take up to several weeks, so make sure you allow plenty of time to apply.

We can provide a visa letter to confirm your registration to the event once you have completed your booking and paid in full. If this is required for your visa application, please contact events.registration@icis.com

Travel Tip for U.S. Entry:

Eligible travelers can use the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app to speed up entry into the U.S. The app lets you submit your travel documents and customs declaration via smartphone, reducing wait times at passport control. It's free and available at many U.S. airports, including Miami.
