For this year's event we will be upgrading our location to the luxurious and world-class resort, the Fairmont Windsor Park. Situated on the edge of the Royal Windsor Great Park, this brand new hotel offers the ultimate in luxury, convenience and access to some of the finest British Countryside pursuits. 

The 27th ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference will offer a variety of networking opportunities for the base oils and lubricants communities. An immersive experience, the resort will allow you to meet current and new connections throughout the three days. 

Feedback from 2022 told us that networking was the top priority and the event offered a better networking experience than ever before. With even more networking activities scheduled this year, the event will be unmissable for anyone doing business in the base oils and lubricants markets.

To ensure our delegates maximise their time at the event including the networking opportunities we have secured a very special rate with the venue. The places are available on a first-come, first-served basis and as soon as you have secured your place at the conference a special link will be shared with you.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from London Heathrow, and 55 minutes from London Gatwick by car, the venue is a short journey for arriving international attendees. By train, Egham station is just three miles from the venue, with connections to London Waterloo. Windsor & Eton Riverside station and Windsor & Eton Central station are also nearby. Trains are approximately every 20 minutes and will take from 40 minutes to one hour from London Waterloo to Egham station.

We will also be running shuttle services for all of our guests to and from the airport and train station.  Details will be shared once your ticket has been secured.
