Travel and Transport

The conference venue, Fairmont Windsor Park, is conveniently located 20 minutes from London Heathrow and 55 minutes from London Gatwick by car.

By train, Egham station is just three miles from the venue, with connections to London Waterloo. Windsor & Eton Riverside station and Windsor & Eton Central station are also nearby. Trains are approximately every 20 minutes and will take from 40 minutes to one hour from London Waterloo to Egham station.

We are offering all delegates and speakers a complimentary shuttle service to the venue from local train stations, surrounding hotels and central Windsor for the duration of the conference.
