Conference attendees - What does my fee include?
 

- Full admission to the 28th ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference (06 - 08 February 2024) including:

• Access to all content sessions
• Access to all onsite networking activities
• Refreshments, lunches, and dinners

- Full access to the networking and social activities available* including:

• Guided Walking Tour - 6 February (Afternoon)
• Pre-conference Drinks Reception at Brewdog - 6 February (Evening)
• Networking Evening at the Tower of London - 7 February (Evening)
• Early Morning Yoga - 8 February (Morning)

*These activities are on a first-come, first-served basis as there is limited capacity available.

- Full access to the online Digital Event Management Platform* containing the details of all delegates

• Available from 1 week before the event and one-month post-event
• Connect with fellow attendees to arrange 1-2-1 meetings onsite or virtually through the platform
• Connect with event partners to set up meetings and collect their company information

Group Discounts*

The following group discounts are available for attendee bookings from the same company at the same time. 
 

• 15% discount for 3-4 attendees
• 20% discount for 5 or more attendees
