To support attendance at the ICIS Indian Base Oils & Lubricants Conference, we are working with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in India to facilitate conference visa applications for registered delegates and speakers.
Important: Eligibility for Conference Visa Support
Delegates who provide the required personal and passport information in advance will be eligible to apply for a conference visa, which is expected to support a smoother application process. To enable this, we must submit attendee details as part of an official government clearance process.
All required information must be submitted no later than 7th July 2026.
This deadline is set in line with the MEA approval process.
After this date: We may not be able to include your details in the official submission, as a result, visa invitation letters and conference visa support cannot be guaranteed
If you require a visa to attend, we strongly recommend registering and submitting your details as early as possible
Early submission ensures you can take advantage of the conference visa process and avoid delays
If you have any questions or would like to request a conference visa please contact our team: Events.Registration@icis.com
