INR payments are possible via bank transfer.

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, we have adapted our cancellation policy to give you the confidence to secure you place now, with added flexibility should plans change.

Group Discounts

The following group discounts are available for attendee bookings from the same company at the same time.

• 5% discount for 3-4 attendees
• 10% discount for 5 or more attendees

Conference attendees - What does my fee include?

• Full admission to the 8th ICIS Indian Base Oils and Lubricants Conference (April 2026) including:

  • Refreshments, lunches and any official drinks receptions or dinners
• Full access to the online Event Networking Platform△ containing the details of all delegates
  • Available from 2 weeks before the event and one-month post-event
  • Connect with fellow attendees to arrange 1-2-1 meetings onsite or virtually through the platform
  • Connect with event partners to set up meetings and collect their company information

We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer, all invoices must be paid before the event
